Sunday, June 3, 2012. So this week started of with a bang in the pool. I swam TWO miles on Monday morning, that is 64 times down and back in a 25 meter pool! It is the first time I have ever done that and I was even able to finish it in the outdoor lap pool. You should all try it sometime. I followed that swim up with a quick 20 minute bike ride with intervals. Thursday morning I did the abnormal. I slept in! She is doing her book tou.
